Evergent Launches AI Platform
Evergent has unveiled its Agentic Revenue Orchestration Platform, a new solution designed to help subscription-based businesses shift from traditional billing systems to data-driven, AI-powered customer engagement.
The platform introduces agentic AI capabilities aimed at improving subscriber retention, optimizing revenue and delivering more personalized experiences across industries including streaming, pay-TV, telecommunications and gaming. It comes as subscription businesses face increasing competition, rising churn rates and growing consumer expectations around pricing flexibility and value.
"The streaming landscape's growing financial focus and slowing subscription growth have made subscriber retention and revenue stability essential now," said Paul Erickson, Principal Analyst, Media & Entertainment at Omdia. "It is in the mutual interest of streaming services, content owners, and pay TV operators to shift from transactional relationships with subscribers towards long-term, value-based relationships."
Evergent said its platform leverages data from more than one billion users across 180 countries and processes over $8 billion in subscription transactions annually. The company works with major organizations including the NBA, Sky, Sony Pictures, BritBox and DIRECTV.
The new platform includes a suite of AI-driven tools designed to predict subscriber behaviour, reduce churn and improve monetisation strategies. These include retention-focused tools that identify at-risk customers, operational tools that streamline product configuration, and advanced customer support capabilities that provide context-aware assistance.
"This is a defining moment for subscription businesses. We've entered the intelligence economy, where success depends on the ability to analyse, predict and act in real time," said Vijay Sajja, Founder and CEO of Evergent. "Agentic AI is a fundamental step change for how subscription businesses operate. It turns passive billing into proactive revenue intelligence and genuinely personalized experiences that go far beyond content recommendations or bundled options. We’re investing in capabilities built on deep, domain-specific expertise to deliver better personalization, smarter pricing and stronger customer relationships. We're excited to innovate with customers as we enter a new era in digital subscription experiences."
Evergent said the platform's initial release includes three core AI agents focused on retention, operations and customer support. Early pilot deployments of its churn prediction technology have reportedly achieved accuracy levels of up to 94% across more than 23 million subscribers.
The Agentic Revenue Orchestration Platform is expected to be fully available in the second quarter of 2026. The company will showcase the new capabilities at NAB Show 2026, taking place in Las Vegas from April 18–22.
