New Marketing Manager at OpTex
With effect from September 1st 2004, Simon Beer took over the role of Marketing Manager at OpTex and the responsibility for all aspects of the company's marketing mix, from advertising, PR and merchandising to its constantly evolving internet activities.
Beer taking on this position frees up Jonty Brandon who, as Business Development Manager, will be focusing on client visits and developing customer and supplier relationships within both the Broadcast/Professional and consumer product divisions.
Beer has worked for OpTex for the past eleven years in various capacities and over this time has been involved within most of the divisions of the company.
As part of his new role, he plans to strengthen the links between OpTex and key media publications. Simon will be one of a team of people representing OpTex at IBC 2004.
