ASG Appoints Kevin Poole

Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) has appointed Kevin Poole as Senior Project and Support Manager within its Workflow and Tools practice, in a newly created role aimed at enhancing project execution and post-sale client support.

Poole will report to Joe Marchitto, CTO of Workflow and Tools, and will focus on coordinating projects and supporting ASG’s Southern California client base. He will act as a central point of contact for customers once projects are underway, ensuring smooth deployments and rapid issue resolution.

In addition to overseeing project management, Poole will serve as the primary escalation point for support issues and maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about system performance and upgrades.

Poole joins ASG with more than 20 years of experience in technical account management and customer success, including a previous role at OpenDrives, where he led customer relationships and technical operations for enterprise clients. He has also worked closely with Marchitto in the past, including during their time at Quantum.
