USSI Global Appoints Ralph Annunziata As Senior VP Of Operations

USSI Global has appointed Ralph Annunziata as senior vice president of operations, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand.

Annunziata joined the business on January 5 and will focus on improving enterprise-wide processes, increasing operational efficiency and supporting scalable growth across the organisation.

He brings more than 30 years of experience in the IT and services sectors, having most recently served as senior director of operations at Stratasys. His career also includes leadership roles at RCA Communications Systems and Eastman Kodak.

In his new position, Annunziata will oversee key operational areas including on-site repairs, depot repair and logistics.

"Ralph has a proven track record driving growth and improving business operations," said Anthony Morelli, president and CEO. "We are confident he will deliver scalability and workflows that will improve our processes and strengthen long-term customer retention."
