USSI Global Promotes Abed Zein To VP Of Revenue Operations

USSI Global has promoted longtime employee Abed Zein to the role of Vice President of Revenue Operations, expanding his responsibilities as the company continues to focus on operational efficiency, billing accuracy and scalable business processes.

Zein, who joined USSI Global in 1995, most recently served as Senior Director of Operations, Digital Signage Solutions. Over the past three decades, he has led customer programmes spanning satellite communications, digital signage deployments and managed services, developing expertise in project delivery, operational management and financial performance.

In his new executive role, Zein will oversee initiatives designed to strengthen billing accuracy, contract compliance, process automation and operational consistency across multiple business units. He will also lead a growing team responsible for supporting revenue operations while helping ensure projects are invoiced in line with customer contractual requirements.

The company said the centralised approach is intended to provide an additional layer of quality assurance while improving efficiency for project management teams and supporting its long-term growth strategy.

Throughout his career, Zein has managed complex, multi-phase technology projects for customers across the satellite communications and digital signage sectors. In his new position, he will continue developing standardised processes and automation designed to improve operational consistency while ensuring projects are delivered and billed in accordance with individual customer agreements.
