Mosolf Chooses Arvato Systems’ Green.Screen
MOSOLF SE & Co. KG, a leading logistics partner to the international automotive sector, has selected Arvato Systems’ green.screen sustainability software to establish a structured energy and ESG data management framework that meets regulatory demands and drives measurable improvements in energy efficiency.
In the initial rollout, MOSOLF will map its organisational units, facilities (including car washes and paint shops) and a truck fleet of about 800 vehicles within green.screen. The platform will consolidate energy consumption data that previously relied on historical figures and manual inputs, structuring it for systematic analysis.
A subsequent phase will prioritise automation. Where suitable, MOSOLF plans to add digital metering to enable continuous data capture and processing. Over the longer term, the company intends to feed telemetry data from its truck fleet into the system to increase transparency and enhance fleet efficiency.
"We chose Arvato Systems because we were particularly impressed by the integrated data collection process in green.screen. In addition, we were able to tailor the software precisely to our logistical requirements – that was the deciding factor," explained Lutz Fricke, Head of Sustainability at MOSOLF.
Arvato Systems is delivering green.screen as software-as-a-service via Microsoft Azure. The implementation is tailored to MOSOLF with dedicated KPIs such as fuel consumption and mileage, enabling precise efficiency analyses and targeted optimisation measures.
Aligned with the ISO 50001 standard for systematic, continually improving energy management, the approach is designed to optimise energy use sustainably. The structured collection and aggregation of information also strengthens decision-making on sustainability initiatives and provides a solid foundation for reliable ESG reporting.
The move extends an existing partnership between the companies. In a previous SAP transformation, Arvato Systems significantly expanded the MOSOLF Group’s order processing across its technology and logistics centres.
At LogiMAT 2026, Arvato Systems will showcase how digital energy management and ESG data processes can be embedded in logistics operations, with insights into green.screen. Visitors can meet experts, see best-practice examples and take part in interactive live demonstrations in Hall 4, Booth F10 to explore use cases and co-develop approaches to their own challenges.
