Peli Products Launches New Aegis Rolling Hybrid Duffels In Europe

Peli Products has announced the European launch of two new rolling duffels in its Aegis™ Series travel range, expanding its offering for business and leisure travellers.

The new additions are the HY22 Aegis Carry-On Rolling Hybrid Duffel and the HY32 Aegis Check-In Rolling Hybrid Duffel. The launch builds on the introduction of the PX18 and PX25 Aegis Travel Packs, which were unveiled in December.

Designed to combine the protection associated with hard cases with the flexibility of soft-sided luggage, the Aegis Rolling Hybrid Duffels are aimed at travellers seeking durable, easy-to-handle bags for frequent journeys. Both models use Peli Shield™ technology, a hybrid material that delivers rigid protection while maintaining flexibility. This is paired with weather-resistant 500D Cordura fabric and robust components intended to withstand regular use.

The HY22 has been developed in a compact carry-on format for frequent flyers, suitable for short business trips and weekend travel. The larger HY32 is designed as a check-in option for longer stays or gear-heavy itineraries. Both models are intended for travellers carrying mixed loads, including clothing, personal electronics and occasional fragile items, with an emphasis on long-term durability.

Key features across the range include an EVA moulded front shell to help protect contents from impacts, abrasion-resistant Cordura fabric, oversized heavy-duty wheels and a multi-stage extension handle for smooth movement across varied surfaces. The duffels also include multiple internal and external pockets, compression straps, several grab handles and a Peli Patch ID™ tag system to aid organisation and identification.
