Peli Products Launches 9730 Remote Area Lighting System
Peli Products, the global leader in advanced portable lighting systems, has introduced the Peli™ 9730 Remote Area Lighting System (RALS), a next-generation solution designed to combine high output, safety and portability for professionals working in demanding environments.
The 9730 RALS delivers 4,800 lumens and more than 18 hours of runtime in a lighter, more compact form factor than previous models, targeting industrial, emergency services, law enforcement and military applications.
The new system marks a significant step forward for the RALS range, improving both illumination levels and operational efficiency. Its rechargeable battery removes the need for fuel-powered generators, offering a cleaner and quieter alternative that reduces emissions, minimises downtime and improves on-site safety.
Designed for temporary work areas, command posts and inspection tasks, the 9730 RALS features a removable light head that supports multiple configurations, including tripod mounting for broader coverage. A rear-facing puddle light enhances ground visibility, helping to reduce trip hazards in dark environments. Weighing 8.3 kg and built with an IP-rated waterproof housing, the unit is intended for easy transport and reliable operation in harsh conditions.
Compared with earlier RALS models, the 9730 provides a 1,500-lumen increase in output, more than 18 hours of runtime and a weight reduction of nearly 20%. It is also RoHS and CE certified, underlining Peli's focus on safety, environmental compliance and durability.
"With the 9730 RALS, we are taking portable lighting to a new level," said Ebru Doyuran, Product Marketing Manager at Peli. "It delivers longer performance, lighter weight and greater safety, enabling professionals to work more efficiently and sustainably wherever their mission takes them."
