Ultimate Support Systems Debuts Three Gig Bags At NAMM 2026

News Image
Ultimate Support Systems has introduced three new gig bags at the 2026 NAMM Show in Anaheim, presented by ACT Entertainment (Booth 5227).

The range — for acoustic guitar, electric guitar and electric bass — aims to balance protection, comfort and everyday practicality. ACT Entertainment is the exclusive North American distributor for Ultimate Support Systems.

"For many players, the road to the next gig can be filled with unpredictable conditions, such as sudden downpours, crowded subways and tight load-in spaces," said Shawn Wells, Market Manager — Sound, ACT Entertainment. "We understand that a great performance starts long before the first note, which is why we are introducing these three new gig bags, designed for musicians living life on the go. From rehearsals and home studios to stages and sessions, Ultimate Support Systems’ new gig bags embody the brand’s long-standing commitment to helping artists perform with durability and comfort that is crafted for real-world use."

Built from water-resistant materials suited to travel and changeable weather, each bag uses 1680D luggage-grade ballistic nylon, a 15mm padded interior and a dedicated neck support. The close, structured fit minimises movement in transit to protect the instrument’s most vulnerable areas from impact or pressure, while an ergonomic design helps distribute weight for comfortable portability.

Backpack-style straps enable hands-free carrying alongside other gear such as pedals and cables. Two exterior pockets accommodate tuners, strings, sheet music and other stage essentials, keeping items organised without adding bulk and maintaining a sleek, functional profile.

Sized for a precise fit across the line, the Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag features a 40.5-inch internal length, five-inch depth, six-inch upper bout and 15.5-inch lower bout. The Electric Guitar Gig Bag provides a 38.75-inch interior length, 14.5-inch lower bout, six-inch upper bout and a slim two-inch depth for most standard electrics. The Electric Bass Gig Bag measures 46.5 inches internally, 14.75 inches across the lower bout and six inches at the upper, with a two-inch depth for a clean, secure fit.
