G&D And VuWall To Showcase Unified Control Room Solutions
Guntermann & Drunck GmbH (G&D) will present a joint showcase with its sister company VuWall at Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026, taking place from 3–6 February in Barcelona.
Exhibiting at booth 5H500, the two companies will highlight next-generation, mission-critical workplace concepts that bring together certified-secure KVM, multi-viewing, and video wall control to support faster, more ergonomic operations in control rooms, command centers, broadcast facilities, and data center environments.
A central theme of the joint presentation is the introduction of a unified operator user interface. At ISE 2026, G&D and VuWall will demonstrate how G&D's PersonalWorkplace-Controller (PWC) can be controlled through VuWall's TRx control and orchestration platform. The integration is designed to simplify operator interaction with sources, layouts, and workflows, particularly in high-pressure environments where speed, accuracy, and situational awareness are critical. For system integrators, the combined approach offers a streamlined operational concept that aligns secure KVM workflows with centralised visualisation and interaction.
Making its debut at the show is VisionVS, a new dual-encoding appliance that bridges KVM and video wall ecosystems in a single, compact device. Positioned as a key highlight at booth 5H500, VisionVS combines VuWall's video wall visualization technology with G&D’s high-performance KVM capabilities. The solution is intended to reduce hardware requirements, minimise cabling, and lower overall system complexity in control room deployments.
"Control rooms today are required to process increasing volumes of information while maintaining the highest standards of security and availability," said Thorsten Lipp, CEO of the Panoptec Technologies Group. "At ISE 2026, we're showing how integrated KVM, multi-viewing and video wall control—combined in a unified operator UI—can help create efficient, ergonomic, and certification-oriented working environments."
VisionVS integrates G&D's Vision product line of KVM and KVM-over-IP solutions with VuWall’s VuStream IP encoding technology. The appliance captures KVM sources and transmits them simultaneously as a G&D bluedec™ stream to G&D KVM matrix systems and as a VuWall stream to VuWall PAK processors. This dual output enables pixel-perfect, low-latency video delivery for video walls, KVM operator stations, and secure remote access, while supporting encrypted streaming to off-site locations. The device supports both fiber and copper connections and offers DisplayPort and HDMI interfaces capable of high-resolution output with full 4:4:4 color fidelity.
Also featured on the stand is G&D's PersonalWorkplace-Controller, which combines scalable multi-viewing with full keyboard-and-mouse interaction for operators or video walls. By processing content locally at the workplace, the PWC provides flexible access to physical sources and streams, even in environments with limited connectivity. Multiple PWC variants are available, supporting between nine and twenty-seven sources and configurations of up to six 5K@60Hz outputs, with additional support for direct digital video and fiber-optic inputs.
Another focus at ISE 2026 will be DynamicWorkplace-CON, a new workplace module for digital G&D matrix environments. Designed to consolidate information across one to four high-resolution monitors, the solution allows operators to manage up to eight ultra-high-resolution sources simultaneously. Its intuitive window manager enables flexible layout control while preserving the familiar functionality of traditional KVM systems. Operators can individually assign audio, serial signals, and USB devices from any source, supporting improved ergonomics and faster response times.
G&D and VuWall invite system integrators, consultants, and end users to visit booth 5H500 at ISE 2026 to explore the unified control and visualisation solutions on display.
