Mike Kieffer Appointed To Lead RTS Intercoms And Telex Brands

RTS Intercom Systems, Telex Aviation and Telex Dispatch have announced the appointment of Mike Kieffer to lead the three brands in what the companies described as a new phase focused on innovation and customer engagement.

Kieffer brings more than 25 years' experience across engineering, manufacturing, quality and global project leadership. He currently serves as Director of Project Management at KEENFINITY Group, where he has worked closely with the RTS and Telex brands, supporting teams through growth, integration and large-scale delivery programmes.

Over the course of his career, Kieffer has developed a reputation for building high-performing teams, leading complex operational transformations and implementing lean, customer-focused strategies across North America and international markets. His background includes senior roles in engineering, product development, quality, plant management and continuous improvement.

Announcing the appointment, Keenfinity Audio Business Unit CEO David Hunter said: "Mike has extensive leadership experience across many functions in the business and has a close affinity to the RTS and Telex brands. Kieffer holds a background in physics and is widely regarded within the organisation for his commitment to people development, structured problem-solving and thoughtful leadership. Outside the workplace he is involved in community outreach and charitable fundraising and has a keen interest in woodworking.
