Channel 4 Sales Launches GenAI-Powered Smart Ad Engine

Channel 4 Sales has unveiled Smart Ad Engine, a new GenAI-driven service designed to make TV advertising more accessible than ever for small and medium-sized enterprises.

The platform allows SMEs to generate bespoke, indicative TV ad concepts within minutes, using information pulled from their existing online presence and social media activity. Smart Ad Engine is free to use at the initial creative visualisation stage, giving businesses an immediate sense of how TV advertising could elevate their brand.

From this starting point, companies can opt into a range of paid-for services from Channel 4 Sales, including full end-to-end campaign management, creative development and Clearcast regulatory submission. These services ensure that all output remains human-led, high quality, and fully compliant with the UK Code of Broadcast Advertising (BCAP Code).

Smart Ad Engine is aimed particularly at brands new to TV advertising, combining human creative expertise with cutting-edge AI tools to open up access to premium-quality TV creative.
