Limecraft Announces Rollout Of Version 2025.7
Limecraft has announced the rollout of version 2025.7 of its cloud-based media production and delivery platform.
The new release will be officially unveiled on booth C41 at SATIS Expo in Paris, 5-6 November, showcasing a series of innovations that reinforce Limecraft’s evolution from a traditional media asset management system to a real-time collaboration hub for creative teams.
"2025.7 is about closing the loop between automation and collaboration," said Maarten Verwaest, co-founder and CRO of Limecraft. "We're giving users more control over how they’re notified, how they organise their content, and how they can move seamlessly between Limecraft and creative tools like Adobe Premiere Pro. It's another step in making production workflows truly interactive and real-time."
The highlight of this release is the introduction of Configurable Notifications, a new system that lets users define exactly when and how they receive updates about workflow events such as ingest, transcription or new comments.
With this release, Limecraft also introduces the ability to move clips between collections – a long-requested enhancement that simplifies project organisation and eliminates duplication. This flexibility supports cleaner, more efficient management of large collections and projects, particularly for editorial teams handling high-volume content.
Version 2025.7 also enhances accessibility and usability with customisable thumbnail sizes and increased contrast to improve readability. A new unified layout menu allows users to choose the visual density that best suits their workflow – from compact overviews to detailed visual previews.
Visitors to the Limecraft booth will be able to experience live demonstrations of the version 2025.7 platform on both days of SATIS Expo.
A complementary webinar will follow on Thursday 13 November 2025 at 14:00 CET, offering a 45-minute deep dive into configurable notifications, moving clips between collections, and Adobe integration.
