BFI London Film Festival Announces Industry Forum Speakers

News Image
The 69th BFI London Film Festival (LFF) has unveiled the full line-up for its annual Industry Forum, which will run from Thursday, 9 October to Wednesday, 15 October at Picturehouse Central. The programme is designed to explore the evolving landscape of the international film industry and to foster new creative and business collaborations.

The forum will open with a spotlight conversation featuring veteran UK producer Tessa Ross, Co-CEO of House Productions. Other notable speakers include the creative teams behind festival highlights such as the limited series The Death of Bunny Munro and the debut film Ish. Additionally, the inaugural LFF Expanded Industry Day will focus on immersive content, XR, and video games.

The festival has doubled its attendance of international industry professionals over the last five years and will welcome delegations of producers from Germany and Brazil for the first time. The forum will also highlight rising UK screenwriting talent and offer a variety of networking events and mentorship programmes.

LFF Director Kristy Matheson said she was thrilled to welcome an "exciting line-up of UK and international guests" who will share their knowledge and experience.
