AVID ANNOUNCE SHIPMENT OF THREE PRODUCT LINES

AVID TECHNOLOGY have announced the shipment of new versions of three Avid product lines.
The products are: the Avid Symphony system, a highly efficient online, real time finishing and 24P universal mastering solution for high-end editorial productions; the Media Composer family of products, a worldwide standard for offline, online and film editing; and the Avid Xpress system, a price-performance leader in real-time video editing solutions.
Now compliant with the Windows 2000 platform, these new releases are designed to help expand customers' businesses through enhanced online/finishing offerings, new titling and editing features, efficient collaborative workflow capabilities, and multi-format mastering and delivery of 601, Web and DTV formats.
