SCREENWRITING PRIZE DEADLINE ANNOUNCED

SCOTTISH SCREEN have announced that application and release forms for the Oscar Moore Screenwriting Prize must be submitted together with your script by August 1 2001.
The competition has been set up to encourage and support European screenwriting talent by awarding an annual prize of £10,000 to the screenwriter of the most promising first draft screenplay in a genre which changes every year. This year's genre is ‘Thriller’.
If you wish to enter the 2001 Oscar Moore Screenwriting Prize send your application to: The Oscar Moore Foundation, C/o Screen International, 33-39 Bowling Green Lane, London, EC1R ODA.
