Direct Digital Paris Relocates To Larger, Enhanced Facility

News Image
Direct Digital, the Panavision group division specialising in camera, lighting and grip equipment rental for moving-image and still photography, has announced the relocation of its Paris operations to a new, larger facility. After 15 years of business in Paris, the company is marking a new chapter, moving into a modern business park just north of the city, with updated features and dedicated space for camera testing and more, offering an enhanced experience for customers. The new location is also conveniently situated near Panavision and PanaluxParis.

The newly refurbished facility is 20% larger than Direct Digital's previous Paris location, providing the room needed to support the company's ongoing growth and enhance overall efficiency. Opening on 1 July 2025, the new site, less than 100 metres away from sister companies Panavision and Panalux, will serve as a collaborative hub that generates awareness of each brands' offerings, and strengthens the ability to deliver seamless end-to-end services.

"We're thrilled to bring our team into an expanded and upgraded workplace that's close to Panavision and Panalux and convenient for our long-standing customers," says Morgan Angove, general manager for Direct Digital Paris. "This new facility positions us well to continue growing our inventory with the latest innovations and supporting our customers with the highest level of service."

For customers, the new facility offers several key benefits. It features a large, dedicated testing room for cameras, with three benches and generous natural daylight to simulate real-world lighting conditions. The site also provides dedicated space for client parking as well as easy access for heavy goods vehicles. Additionally, it offers increased storage capacity for future additions to Direct Digital's inventory of cameras, lighting and grip equipment. Conveniently located in Parc Icade Les Portes de Paris — at Bâtiment 258, Rue des Mimosas — the facility is easily accessible via Porte d'Aubervilliers, ensuring streamlined logistics for clients.

As part of Direct Digital's commitment to sustainability and employee well-being, refurbishment works introduced low-VOC materials, motion-sensing LED lighting and high-performance glazing. Additionally, staff benefit from access to green breakout areas within the business park's 1.5-hectare urban forest and 1,000 square-metre urban farm. Direct Digital will also install electric recharging points for its growing fleet of electric vehicles.
