Uniguest Appoints Executive VP Of Sales Americas

Uniguest has appointed Shawn O'Connell, a professional with over twenty years of experience in AV and technology, to the role of Executive Vice President of Sales Americas.

Having previously been Head of Hospitality sales at Samsung for twelve years and a senior member of the PSAV team for more than 8 years, Shawn comes with pedigree in several of Uniguest's core markets and will bring vast experience to help drive the business towards its ambitious growth objectives.

Shawn will oversee teams focussed on AV channel sales for all commercial markets including hospitality, healthcare, and senior living in the Americas, and commented: "I'm delighted to join one of the industry’s fastest growing businesses, working with a dynamic leadership team, and an incredible array of products and solutions.

Additionally, 20+ year AV industry veteran James Keen has been promoted to Executive Vice President of marketing and will work closely with O'Connell and his counterpart, Executive Vice President of sales EMEAP, Carlos Amoros, to deliver the company’s growth strategy led by Chief Revenue Officer Lee Horgan.
