BDL-Autoscript announce plans for IBC 2004

At IBC 2004, BDL-Autoscript, will show a new unique wireless scroll control designed for the ‘wandering’ presenter.
The device includes story select buttons and a GPI facility to control other devices. Also on display will be a new ActiveX controller, which can manage and scroll a prompter from any newsroom client and control two prompters in synchronisation using a network/internet connection.
Additionally, BDL will demonstrate updates to the popular +WinPlus+ Prompting Software with many new facilities and interfaces to all major News Automation Systems. With the ability to operate in any language supported by Windows and Unicode, +WinPlus+ multilingual Prompter text can be output as data for Closed Captioning and the PCI PromptCard has full NTSC or PAL colour capability with optional Genlock. For use with a laptop the XBox USB provides the same facilities in an external mains/battery powered enclosure. +WinPlus+ can be controlled by an unlimited number of local or remote desk/foot speed controls using the BDL ControlNet system with standard Coax video cable connectivity.
BDL will feature a range of high specification colour-capable TFT Flat Panel On-Camera Prompters in eight sizes. All panels are specifically designed to be lightweight and highbrite. A range of competitively priced Entry Level-Professional prompters will also be demonstrated.
