LMH Announces New Appointments

Media services specialist LMH has further expanded its team with the recruitment of two new members of staff.

Vik Nunkoo joins as Sales and New Business Director, while Adam Kidd has been recruited as Sound Engineer/Media Operator. It is the second expansion in the last 12 months, after Clive Kingston and James Fuller joined the company, as Production Manager and Media Operator respectively, last October.

Nunkoo is an experienced operations manager, production manager and business development manager in the media services industry. Over the course of more than two decades, he has worked for some of the leading companies in the sector.

Kidd, meanwhile, has worked in audio post production and sound engineering for over 15 years. He joins the company from creative sound designers, Unit.

The appointments coincide with a continued upsurge in significant projects being won by LMH.

Managing Director Gary Edwards said: "We have thousands of tapes passing through our facility currently, as part of several major library migration projects to help our clients preserve their content and to access other markets.

"We have also seen significant growth in demand for our UHD Quadrant QC services, reflecting the upturn in demand within the industry for this kind of content. And our VOD distribution is proving attractive, especially to customers already using us for their library migration, who see the value of the end-to-end service we can provide."

On the addition of Nunkoo and Kidd, Edwards added: "We are delighted to bring on board two old hands of the industry in Vik and Adam. Their knowledge and experience will be an important asset as LMH continues to grow in scale – both in terms of winning new business and in delivering a first-class service to our clients."
