Movietech Appoints Joint Managing Director

Movietech has appointed Anil Devani and David Palmer to the roles of joint Managing Director as current MD John Buckley takes up the new position of Company Chairman.

As long standing members of Movietech team, both Anil and Dave have a wealth of hands on experience, their knowledge and expertise having been instrumental in the ongoing success of the company. In their new roles, the duo will continue their contributions to maintaining Movietech’s reputation for excellence in equipment, service and client support along with helping steer the further development of company.

In his new position as Chairman John Buckley continues to provide the day to day leadership and vision that has been so important to the growth of the company, whilst also creating the space for progression within the company.

Commenting on the appointments, John Buckley said: "Anil and Dave have made a huge contribution to the company. They have a vast amount of experience with both our business and our customers. Their industry understanding will be invaluable as we further strengthen our Management Team."

Coinciding with the internal re-shuffle is the expansion of the Movietech Pinewood Studios base to take up an additional 3000 sq ft, immediately adjacent to the existing camera department.
