Emil Berliner Studios upgrades mastering studio with PMC monitors

Emil Berliner Studios, the renowned German based studio group historically associated with the creator of the gramophone and the famous yellow classical label, has selected a PMC system for its advanced mastering studio in Berlin.
The custom PMC system has entirely replaced the pre-existing main monitors to cater for rapidly increasing demand in mastering.
Located in Universal Music Germany's Berlin headquarters, the facility provides world-class mastering services for Universal associated labels and other commercial clients. Goetz-Michael Rieth, mastering engineer and manager of the EBS Berlin facility, said: "We had the PMCs on approval but after only two weeks we were as convinced as our clients: The PMC MB2-XBD-A has all the clarity and balance that a top class mastering monitor system needs."
