High demand for Ark VFX showreel
Since the launch of its new website, www.arkvfx.net art resource company and visual effects house Ark VFX has been inundated with requests for its showreel www.arkvfx.net/Showreelpage.htm on DVD.
“The showreel has been so popular that I’ve been spending most of my time responding to enquiries”, said Ark VFX Studio Manager, Lynsey Thorpe. “We’ve been getting in excess of twenty requests a day from companies right across the globe, from the US and Europe to Brazil and Egypt.”
The showreel demonstrates the company’s pre-and postproduction expertise in conceptual design, 3D modelling, 3D animation, matte painting, compositing, editing and sound design. The content is a combination of excerpts from previous commissions along with some of the team’s personal creations.
