MPC make large Furnace purchase

The Foundry has announced a large sale of Furnace licenses to prominent Soho based post-production facility The Moving Picture Company.
MPC, already a Furnace customer, has purchased another 22 remote-processing licenses and four full licenses of Furnace for their Shake systems.
Paddy Eason, Visual Effects Supervisor at MPC, said: “We are currently relying on Furnace for its powerful retiming and de-graining capabilities. Our job would be a lot more difficult without these tools, to compensate we would have to expand our R&D department. Similarly, Furnace's wire removal tools played a vital role in MPC’s toolset.”
