Tom Kerridge To Return To BBC With New Cooking Show

Chef Tom Kerridge is to return to BBC Two with a brand new cooking show next year.

'Tom Kerridge's Fresh Start' is a six part series that will provide inspiration and healthy options for home cooking and family mealtimes, inspiring New Year's resolutions for 2019.

In the series he recruits eight families to road-test his new recipes, over a 12-week period. He will take them through a six-step plan for making a fresh start, with family food, health and exercise. He'll measure their health, fitness and happiness at the start and end of the experiment and hope to see positive changes.

His new show follows the success of 'Tom Kerridge's Lose Weight For Good' which showed viewers how to lose weight while eating delicious food.

His great recipes and brilliant rapport with the contributors made for empowering and enabling television. I am delighted that he's returning to BBC Two with a new series that will bring fresh tips and recipes for 2019."

Tom Kerridge's Fresh Start (6x30) is a Bone Soup production. The executive producer is Richard Bowron. It was commissioned by Patrick Holland, Controller, BBC Two and David Brindley, Head of Commissioning, Popular Factual and Factual Entertainment.

It will air in early 2019.
