Pure Television seeks production partners for horrific gameshow

‘Terrortower!’, billed as “the scariest gameshow on earth”, is now in development at Preston based television indie Pure Television.
The 60-minute pilot is a tester for a new television adventure gameshow in which a team of two 'navigators' and one 'victim' attempt to overcome the terrors and traps inside Terrortower! - a real-life castle filled with “your worst nightmares”.
The programme has been in development for the past 18 months and is almost ready for production. A cast of actors, three contestants and a large location crew will descend on the castle for one week in early Spring in order to bring Terrortower! to life.
Terrortower! will be pitched initially in the UK television market and it is hoped the show will be picked up for a series in the near future. The production is produced by Pure Television's Creative Director Jason Karl and directed by Simon Sharman, while the presenter/host character is played by actor Robun Wayward.
Pure is now seeking series co-production possibilities.
