dB BROADCAST’S HAWKEYE MODULES FIT VISTEK’S NEW FRAME

CAMBRIDGESHIRE-based systems house dB Broadcast have announced that their Hawkeye range of signal monitoring and switching modules are fully compatible
with Vistek's new V1606 frame.
The frame can house 14 modules in just 3RU of space - including dual redundant power supplies.
Any combination and mix of Hawkeye and Vistek modules and other standard items from the Vistek range can be housed in the frame - saving space and money. The Vistek frame, PSUs and any appropriate Vistek modules can also be purchased directly from dB Broadcast.
dB's Hawkeye range provides accurate monitoring of both analogue and digital signals, including ASI. This gives local indications to maintenance personnel, as well as remote status signals that provide information to a control centre or system controller. Hawkeye also provides main/redundant switching to avoid single points of failure through the signal path. The monitoring modules provide control to the main/ redundant switch.
Most Hawkeye modules are DART compatible - a control and monitoring system used by both Vistek and Avitel Electronics. dB's Hawkeye modules also fit Avitel
