EBS Appoints Commercial Development Manager

EBS has announced the appointment of Charissa Johnson-Mayers as Commercial Development Manager. She will be responsible for driving commercial business and creating new partnerships to expand the company's EPG data services.

Johnson-Mayers said: "The demand for VOD OTT and TV Everywhere services has changed the landscape for the media industry. Metadata is the key driver that sits behind content enabling channels and platforms to deliver rich EPG data that allows variety and continuity for branding, compliance and technical purposes. I'm delighted to join EBS at this critical time in the company's evolution as it continues to push the capabilities of metadata within the EPG so that platforms can respond to the needs of this new world of television."
