RCS Aids Senate Debate

Reality Check Systems worked with the US government and elections team at Twitter to customise one of its Twitter Bullet mobile graphics workstations for the broadcast of Chicago Tonight's 2014 U.S. Senate Candidate Forum by local Chicago Affiliate WTTW11.

On October 29, 2014 at 19:00 CDT, Twitter and WTTW11 deployed the system to curate and air Tweets throughout the hour-long debate.

The RCS Twitter Bullet is a social media command center and portable flightpack designed to help networks boost audience engagement. It combines proprietary software and middleware with advanced hardware, offering plug-and-play functionality and making it easy for networks to mine and air live Tweets as graphics throughout broadcasts.
