AKM Music announces SFX CD release

AKM Music, the UK’s leading producer of superior quality Copyright Free Music, have announced the release of the first in a series of professional sound effect CDs.
The CD series offers superb broadcast quality sound effects and will be sold with a licence enabling the purchaser to use without paying any further fees.
The first CD, 'Sound Effects Volume One', has been developed with the close collaboration of video producers and mastered to broadcast standard, taking a year in production to ensure the best possible sonic recordings. More volumes will be added over the following months.
The first release covers a wide spectrum of subjects, including Everyday, Sounds, Environment, Vehicles, People, Fantasy and has a total of 140 sound effects. It also includes construction kits of certain samples allowing more flexibility, breaking into parts the various effects. Many of the effects can be looped for longer duration. These dynamic effects can enhance and bring to life so many applications.
AKM Music will launch the product at this years IOV Show at the National Motorcycle Museum on April 23 and 24 - AKM will be exhibiting at IOV Stand 1.07.
This month also sees the release of 'AK029 Backtracks Volume 1', a collection of music sound beds and atmospheric textures, perfect for visuals where the voiceover needs an underscore.
The CD will be available to purchase on the April 10 2002.
