Discreet reveal extensive IBC plans

Discreet believe that IBC 2003 will mark a watershed advance for the company as they deliver "the strongest product line in their history, offering unmatched creativity, value, return on investment to clients in postproduction, broadcast and production."
On stand 7.421, Discreet will showcase their range of fully integrated digital intermediate workflows, d-film and d-cinema solutions – from digital colour grading, visual effects and 3D animation to high definition creative finishing and media mastering – on a range of platforms designed to suit the individual needs of their clients.
The IBC 2003 Discreet Digital Cinema Workshop will explain the digital colour grading and Digital Intermediate processes for digital cinema postproduction, including insight gained from the application of technology developed by Discreet’s partner Colorfront in feature films such as Lord of the Rings trilogy.
Special attention will be given to high-resolution motion picture production at resolutions including 2K and HDTV.
