Sophie Fiennes to judge Show Us Your Bits 2003

Hampshire-based Southern Film Education, organiser of the student short film festival 'Show Us Your Bits', have announced that the director, cinematographer and actress Sophie Fiennes is to chair the panel at this year's festival.
Show Us Your Bits is a unique, annual, film festival created by Southern Film Education for young filmmakers attending post-16 education in Hampshire. It aims to profile and celebrate the filmmaking talent of young people within the region, as well as enabling them to gain first hand experience of entering a film festival. Sophie Fiennes along with two other high profile industry experts (who will make up the panel) will be at Harbour Picture House, Southampton on Monday June 30 to judge this year's entries. Other attendees will include leading figures from the media and film industry in the south, short-listed applicants and invited guests. "This exciting film festival is the only one of its kind, for this age group, in this region" comments Jo Wilcock, Director of Southern Film Education, "It celebrates the wealth of talent we have here in Hampshire and gives the students a unique opportunity to see their work as it should be viewed - on the big screen."
