Cotech Announce New LED Filter Range

Welsh coated film specialists Cotech have announced the release of a new semi-rigid filter range for use on LED lighting fixtures within the film, TV and broadcast industry.
The new semi-rigid-filters are available as frost/diffusion filters, CT Orange filters, CT Blue filters, minus and plus green and cosmetic.
The semi-rigid filters will be released at a thickness of 850 microns (34 mil) and can be fitted directly into the sliders of an LED lighting fixture.
"Cotech are constantly looking at new ways of producing products in a more environmentally friendly way and are one of the few manufacturing companies to regulate emissions," a statement from the group said.
"Quality control is imperative to our overall production. Each new batch is put through a series of tests after a few metres are produced before the coating run can continue. Lighting filters are checked for colour density and consistency of colour against a control sample using a spectrophotometer, Cotech having the most up to date equipment available."
Cotech currently supplies about 42 countries around the world. The company was established in 1979.
