Media 100's content design product wins acclaim

Media 100, a leading provider of advanced media systems, have been recognised with their third 'Best Of Show' award as a result of the successful debut of 844/X at the NAB Convention in Las Vegas.
The 844/X, the company's next-generation system for content design, was selected by the editors of Video Systems Magazine and a panel of industry experts for the magazine's 'Pick Hit' award for select new products.
'Video Systems Pick Hit' award judges look for technology which present new opportunities for workflow breakthroughs in video production. The 844/X was selected as a result of its successful debut at NAB, as well as for its positive impact on the everyday work of production professionals.
In addition to winning the 'Video Systems Pick Hit' award, 844/X was selected by the editors of Videography, Government Video, Digital Cinema, Digital TV, and the Creative Planet Communities for The Vidy Award which is dedicated to 'Advancement in the Art & Science of Video Technology'. TV Technology magazine also awarded 844/X with the 'Star 2002 Superior Technology' award.
