HHB Highlights Latest Products At CABSAT 2013

HHB Communications is highlighting its latest professional audio products with TC Electronic, Dynaudio Professional, Yellowtec and RØDE at the CABSAT show in Hall 6, Stand B6-31.
HHB’s stand features a selection of professional audio products, from loudness monitors, audio interfaces and File-based workflows solutions to more traditional products like microphones, loudspeakers and headphones. This includes Yellowtec’s full range of solutions for the broadcast media industry. Representatives from HHB and Yellowtec are on site to demonstrate the iXm Digital Recording Microphone, the 192 KHz, 24-bit PUC2 USB Audio Interface and the flexible m!ka Mounting System, which now offers the Pad-Dock with QuickFix for iPad mounting.
As TC Electronic and Dynaudio Professional’s Premium Certified HD Dealer, HHB is hosting the world debut of TC’s new DB6 Loudness Management Solution. DB6 is a TV and Mobile TV transmission processor that handles loudness metering at the input stage, up or down conversion, loudness processing and on-line lip-sync delay, in addition to loudness metering at the output stage and logging of all relevant loudness statistics. It has been designed as a one-step loudness management solution, regardless of codec and delivery platform. The new Dynaudio Professional DBM-50 studio monitors, featuring a unique front baffle tilt for perfect desktop placement, is also being exhibited.
The Middle East debut of two new products from leading Australian microphone manufacturer RØDE is also being held by HHB. On show is the new RØDE iXY, the world's first 24 Bit/96kHz iOS compatible microphone that allows the Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod touch to become broadcast-quality portable stereo recording devices. The iXY joins the recently-announced smartLav, a lavalier microphone that can be directly connected to iOS devices - negating the need for phantom-powered preamps or wireless systems traditionally associated with lavalieres. The new Reporter microphone is also on display with several other items from RØDE’s selection of high-quality broadcast microphones.
HHB’s line of Mogami ‘Cable for Life’ packaged and bulk cable products are also on show. Mogami cables are truly a ‘Cable for Life’, backed by a lifetime warranty. The packaged cables are made from Mogami’s high-quality bulk cable and assembled in the UK.
Complementing this already strong offering are digital mixing consoles from PreSonus, HHB’s diverse range of Professional Recording Media products and much more.
HHB International Sales Manager Matthew Fletcher states: "The Middle East is as an extremely important growth market for us and we are well positioned to offer sales and technical support for the companies leading the way in the region. We returned to CABSAT to exhibit for a second year because of the high quality of visitors the show attracts, and we are very excited to show them the benefits of the professional audio products that we represent."
