Cel-Soft Introduce Pixel-Scope At BVE 2013

Cel-Soft will be showing a broadened product range with more new 2D tools and facilities on stand K1 at BVE 2013.
The company will be represented by Robin Palmer (Managing Director) and David Palmer (Sales Executive).
New: Cel-Scope Pixel-Scope image inspector
Pixel-Scope is a new low cost app for Windows to aid any other application, nonlinear editor or colour grading kit. It provides detailed colour analysis and image inspection to any part of the target application output display. Pixel-Scope does this by opening a sampling region and analysing the active pixels it finds. The sampled region can also be magnified on a sliding zoom for close visual inspection. Pixel colours can be reported in real time as numerical values and words. Actual hues are also viewable as RAL or Pantone colour values. They can be read in English, French, German, Spanish, Dutch and other western-alphabet languages. Colour matching tools aid the user across any media window used, including still photos, documents and live video.
New: Cel-Soft PSE-Check
For low cost photo-sensitive epilepsy testing and certification, Cel-Soft is introducing PSE-Check to avoid 'Harding headaches'. The program allows testing of live video or file-based content in SD, HD or 2K to the Ofcom flashing rules and the EBU REC BT.1702 recommendations. As well as providing certification facilities, PSE-Check can generate detailed report frames to show which parts of any offending sequence exceeds rulebook figures. Remedial action can then be taken during editing to make sure the tested programme is fit for broadcast.
Enhanced: Cel-Soft Reel-Check Solo file analyser
Cel-Soft’s Reel-Check Solo now has even more facilities and covers all television and film format standards including 4K. As well as waveforms, vector, histograms and audio displays, Reel-Check Solo can log dozens of parameters in detailed reports. It can be used for file playout at the same time if required. Reel-Check Solo is also capable of multi-channel simultaneous operation if run on a sufficiently powerful PC platform.
First UK showing: Cel-Soft Broad-Server PC
Introduced at IBC 2012 and making its UK exhibition debut, Broad-Server is a rack-mounted PC specifically designed for very high performance needs in broadcast roles such as production, post-production. Broad-Servers also support any Cel-Soft application software to become a complete turnkey system.
