BBC Studios And Post Production Secures Deal Or No Deal Contract

BBC Studios and Post Production has signed a contract with Endemol to provide technical services and crew for series 9 of Channel 4’s Deal or No Deal.
It will be the first full-HD production of the popular game show to be recorded at its Bristol Paintworks facility.
Recording of series 9 will begin in October. BBC Studios and Post Production will also provide the production with wardrobe and make-up services, an art department, and production offices.
This summer Bristol Paintworks was upgraded to state-of-the-art HD technology. Hundreds of hours of Deal or No Deal programming have already been recorded at the facility, and this new contract continues the long standing relationship BBC Studios and Post Production enjoys with Endemol.
Hosted by Noel Edmonds, Deal or No Deal is the hit game show where 22 players have the chance to win up to £250,000. There are 22 sealed boxes, but only one question: Deal or No Deal?
