Omnitek signs Digi-Box.co.uk and launches products in UK

Test and measurement manufacturer, OmniTek, has announced that they have signed Digi-Box.co.uk to be the exclusive distributor in the UK, Ireland, Benelux, Nordic countries and France.
An open day was held in Soho, London on July 22 to launch the products into the UK market.
OmniTek launched OmniGen - a digital signal test generator - at NAB 2002 and are launching OmniView - a digital waveform monitor - at IBC in September.
The OmniTek products are based on an architecture that uses a custom designed PCI based SD HD I/O processing platform, running bespoke software on off-the-shelf PCs. The OmniTek platform is designed to run both software applications in the same chassis. OmniGen is a test signal generator that enables line, frame and sequence based patterns for all SD and HD standards, and it supports resolution independence for working in the data domain. The OmniView digital monitor provides industry standard waveform monitoring (video and audio) functions for all SD and HD formats.
