Audio Network Announce Partnership With Sheffield Doc/Fest

Audio Network has announced its partnership and support for this year's Sheffield Doc/Fest's 'MeetMarket'.
The Doc/Fest, an international documentary festival that celebrates the art and business of documentary making, takes place from November 3 - 7 2010. Combining a film festival, an industry session programme and marketplace, it also offers pitching opportunities, controversial discussion panels and in-depth filmmaker master-classes, as well as a wealth of inspirational documentary films from across the globe.
As part of this new partnership, Audio Network is offering all MeetMarket attendees the opportunity to download up to 50 tracks for free for use in their pitches and presentations. In addition, on Thursday November 1, they are running a drop-in Music Rights surgery from 1pm - 5pm followed by a drinks reception.
Campbell Glennie, Marketing and Business Director of Doc/Fest said: "Sheffield Doc/Fest is excited to be entering into a new partnership with Audio Network and we look forward to working together to help our delegates navigate the complicated world of music rights and finding the right music at the right price. We're delighted to welcome Audio Network to the Doc/Fest family."
Cleared for multi-platform, worldwide - forever, Audio Network's catalogue of over 35,000 tracks is the perfect resource for documentary filmmakers. With offices in London, New York, Toronto, Sydney and Amsterdam, the music publisher provides a catalogue of high quality, original music created by over 250 world-class composers to the TV, advertising, film and new media industries.
Andrew Sunnucks, Creative Director at Audio Network, said: "As a creative organisation that's passionate about music and the creative industries in which we work - we're thrilled to be supporting the documentary filmmaking industry, both in the UK and internationally. We look forward to forging an ongoing relationship with Doc/Fest.
