Video Europe Wales Launched

A Welsh based video company has announced that their new facility in Cardiff is open for business.
Video Europe Wales, set up to service Wales and the South West area, will be run by Tom McNally, formerly Hire Manager of Video Europe London branch.
Tom, originally from South Pembrokeshire, returned to Wales with a young family with over 10 years experience working at Video Europe.
Based in the Television Centre at Cardiff's Culverhouse Cross, Video Europe Wales provides the same range of equipment, quality service and competitive prices that the London branch has been providing for over 30 years. A wide range of cameras, lenses, VTR's, non-linear systems, OB's and camera crews is available for hire.
Tom has a detailed knowledge of every conceivable format and has seen a number of new services offered to clients since joining the team, from HD cameras and VTR's to tapeless technology workflows. Tom also has an in-depth knowledge of all non-linear systems and solutions.
Tom commented: "We are in the process of investing a significant amount of money to strengthen our camera department. We will be able to offer products such as Sony’s latest HDCAM SR camcorder, the SRW-9000, Arri Alexa, Red, Canon 5d/7d, Panasonic’s AJ-HPX2700/3700 P2 HD camcorders as well as an entire range of prime lenses, follow focus systems, lens adaptors and production matte boxes."
