Link appoint Europe and Middle East specialist

Eammon Gannon is to join Link Research from 1st September 2002.
Gannon's primary role will be to manage and enhance Link's existing distribution network in Europe and the Middle East.
Previously with Sony, NDS and Tandberg, and more recently with Irdeto Access, Gannon joins Link with a good track record in the broadcast industry.
Dave Remnant, Sales Manager for Link Research, said: "Eammon will be based in London and will offer support to all our distributors as they enter into projects involving broadcast equipment from Link Research. Having someone of Eammon's technical and commercial skill will greatly enhance Link's presence in Europe."
Gannon added: "I am looking forward to working with the team at Link. I have known many of them from my previous roles and I shall be seeing many old friends and customers at IBC."
