We recently completed a startup explainer video production project for Uplift Microhome, a deep tech startup founded by ex-Tesla and ex-SpaceX lead engineers.
The founders initially came to us looking for a detailed explainer video focused on the micro-features of their rapid-deploy micro-home. However, with a major trade show deadline approaching, we collaborated to shift the project into a higher-level startup company video and brand film.
Instead of staying at the product-detail level, we created a strategic macro narrative that positions Uplift as “housing as infrastructure on demand” for disaster relief and emergency response. The resulting 60-second animated explainer video clearly communicates both the technology and the bigger industry vision, making it suitable for investor conversations, LinkedIn, and trade show booths.
Results
The video ran successfully on loop at Uplift’s booth during the Governor’s Hurricane Conference and has become a key asset for their fundraising and commercial communications.
