Our company specialises in the supply of most PU materials, starting from your basic biscuit foams, to the one component soudal range, to the full Graco reactor machine range for the ultimate professional system. We offer purchase machines, hire machines and even a full contractual service for whatever your requirements may be.

GRACO RANGE
Professional use machines used for foam application and elastomer and polyurea projects. Set construction, Scenery, Armour - the list is endless.

THE CPDS 2
A brand new foam machine with minimal out lay, this new system offers the ease of a froth pak system with the constant professional foam delivery of a higher end machine. Minimal training offering production up by 25% on alternate foam kits.

THE FROTH PAK
We are the UK's largest Froth Pak distributor offering the best prices and always hold large stock quantities. We can also ship the product worldwide, and we are the only Froth pak supplier who offer a full recycling service on empty cylinders, call for more details.

ONE COMPONENT GUN FOAM.
We offer several different grades of gun foam and adhesives. New this year and going down very well in the set construction industry is our black foam, ideal for break away and special effects, this product offers a dark granite grey cell structure. Ideal for joining rocks etc.

BISCUIT/HAND MIX FOAM.
We have a very wide range of biscuit/hand mix foams.
From densities at 20kg up to 250kg, we will have something to meet your requirements. The ideal solution for break away products lightweight ornamental projects.

PROMETHEUS JAN 2011 - AUG 2011
We were asked to supply all the machines and foam to create Ridley Scott's latest movie PROMETHEUS. The brief was to create an alien set on Pinewood's famous 007 stage as quickly as possible with very high detail. The solution was to use our high density fire rated set foam and a selection of PU foam machines. The result was a very impressive set created by the construction department in record time. The pieces created from foam were as big as 2 metre by 4 metre and could be easily handled by 2 men. As a company we were very proud to be involved in such a large project. We were also asked by special effects to personally create the carcasses of the dead space jockeys. These again were sprayed using our fire rated high density foam system.

JACK THE GIANT KILLER JAN2011 - AUG 2011
JTGK was a very big brief - giant sets and beanstalks 40ft plus long, huge water tanks - everything was on a large scale, which proved ideal for our PU foams. Again we have a vision of what can be created using our machines and foams but the construction department on JTGK just took it to a whole new level. Far beyond what we thought possible, the industry's construction departments do create sets that feel real. This picture is due out 2013 so we won't spoil it.

Since then our specialist PU foams have been used in many more films: Clash of the Titans, Wrath of the Titans, John Carter of Mars, Skyfall, Game of Thrones, Nine, Red 2, Snow White, Dark Shadows, Sleeping Beauty, Maleficent, Anna Karenina, 47 Ronin, Captain America, Thor 2, Pirates of the Caribbean: Stranger Tide, All You Need Is Kill, Batman Dark Knight Rises, Harry Potter experience.
