Quartz announce expansion into US
Quartz, a leading provider of routing and master control products to the global post-production and broadcast industry, has announced the launch of its new division and office premises in North America.
Quartz Electronics Inc. becomes operational from February 2003 and is located in Grass Valley in Northern California. In addition to offering extended support for its existing US customer base, the new US division offers a more accessible link to the growing US and Canadian markets.
Pete Challinger, VP Marketing of Quartz Electronics Inc., said: "We place huge importance on our US and Pacific customer-base and I am confident that the structure and drive of the highly experienced team assembled in the US will bring significant benefits to our US and global operations.”
Quartz Inc. offers sales and support services for the expanding Quartz product portfolio, which includes the innovative QMC Master Control Switcher. Other products include the new dual-channel QMC DVE option and the new QMC-FS Control Panel, which offers a more traditional layout with transition arm (T-bar) and additional features suitable for live operations.
Quartz is a leading provider of Routers and Master Control Switchers with a product portfolio that includes a wide variety of router sizes, panels and signal formats, including HDTV.
The company is focused on raising customer satisfaction in the global broadcast industry through innovative product design and expert technical support.
