I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! USA Acquired By ITV2, TV3 And TVNZ
ITV Global Entertainment has announced that leading television companies in the UK (ITV2), Ireland (TV3) and New Zealand (TVNZ) have acquired NBC USA's highly anticipated I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! - the ITV Studios America production of ITV's UK format.
The series will have its world premiere tonight on NBC between 8pm and 10pm.
Tobi de Graaff, Director of Global TV Distribution, said: "We're extremely excited to be announcing the first international sales for the upcoming NBC version of I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! The US show is receiving an incredible buzz - both throughout the industry and with TV fans around the world - we're looking forward to announcing even more big sales very soon."
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! is the ultimate contest, as ten celebrities are dropped into the heart of the jungle to face challenges designed to test their survival skills. America is the puppet master, controlling their favourites by putting them into challenges and tasks to win food, supplies and luxury items.
In each episode, viewers will decide which celebrities stay or leave. While all participants will be playing for their favourite charities, the last remaining star will be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle.
