Sonarae's GUI Application Available With EDIUS 5.1

Sonarae's GUI application will be included as a free bonus item to all purchasers of EDIUS 5.1, the latest version of the Grass Valley EDIUS multi-format/multi-resolution nonlinear editing software package.
Owners of the Sonarae Audio Monitoring Systems and EDIUS 5.1 will be able to control the Sonarae audio processing unit from their desktop. Users can connect the AES/EBU outputs from their appropriate equipped EDIUS system (such as EDIUS SP-SDI or EDIUS HD) to the Sonarae processing unit. Then, after final editing, the Sonarae can be controlled from the desktop for final delay matching and QA.
Len Dole, President of ISIS/Graham-Patten, stated that this level of cooperation will significantly enhance end user access to the already successful Sonarae system.

Sonarae can be sourced through the normal ISIS/Graham-Patten US and international distribution channels. The GUI for Sonarae will be added to the bonus materials included with EDIUS 5.1. This will allow end users to asses the functionality of the Sonarae system prior to adding it to their installation.
