Polecam's Snow White Heads For WFX, Long Beach

Following its successful ever Las Vegas NAB Convention during mid April, Polecam is heading west to the Worship Facilities Conference & Expo, WFX California.
Open from May 13 - 15 at the Long Beach Convention Centre, WFX brings together church executives, facilities and technical teams to see the latest products available for this market sector.
Centrepiece of the Polecam exhibit on Stand 957 will be the Polecam jib itself in the new church-white sleeve, one of five Poledoms introduced at NAB.
Greg Salman of Polecam USA, said: "The original idea for Poledom came from discussions with church television management during 2008.
"Their specific challenge was to achieve the versatility of working with Polecam without interrupting the view of the brightly-illuminated environment in which they normally operate.
"The main Polecam boom is composed of plug-in sections made from high-strength low-weight carbon fiber which, being black, is the preferred option for many studio and public-event television productions. The solution identified for the churches sector was the pull-on sleeve now affectionately referred to as Snow White.
