G.V. Multi-Media announce new Panasonic A/V mixer

G.V. Multi-Media have announced that Panasonic’s new AG-MX70 digital A/V mixer is now available.
Designed for live events, small studio use and for AB roll editing, the AG-MX70 features tally output and two-channel frame synchronisation, permitting special effects in each of the A/B program busses.
Panasonic’s most advanced A/V mixer, the AG-MX70 incorporates 4:2:2:4 digital signal processing with 'Dynamic Rounding' for broadcast-quality video, and 16:9 wide aspect ratio capability. The AG-MX70 can create more than 600 2D effects patterns as a standard, and over 1600 effects with the 3D option.
The AG-MX70 offers a large LCD control panel for easy operation, and a variety of input flexibility with composite, Y/C, component, or SDI inputs. Eight analogue composite inputs, four analogue component or Y/C inputs, four SDI inputs and an external key input (Y/Pb/Pr) round out its features.
The mixer offers a 30-frame graphics buffer for roll, crawl and logo animation and an USB interface for graphics download.
An external editing control input with GPI/RS-422A/RS232C controls facilitates compatibility with a wide variety of video editing devices, including Panasonic’s AG-A850 edit controller.
Other key features of the system include four channel audio adjustments, DSK, logo animation, eight cross points and mic input. Video memory in NTSC is at 30 frames and in PAL at 25 frames.
