Zeal Entertainment Crowned Miss World Distributor

Format and events programming distributor Zeal Entertainment, part of the Digital Rights Group (DRG), has been named as official distributor of the 'Miss World' festival in 2008, the fourth year it has secured international rights for this prestigious event, Managing Director Andrea Jackson has announced.
Zeal Entertainment achieved great international success for the 2007 ceremony, which took place in Sanya, the tropical island resort on the island of Hainan in South China on December 1, brokering deals in more than 100 territories, including South Africa, France, Korea, the Middle East, New Zealand, Romania, Russia, the UK and Brazil.
The location and date for the 2008 festival are due to be announced shortly.
A truly global affair, with girls from 120 countries participating, the extravagant live final event (1x120') is full of spectacular surprises and unexpected guests and, of course, features a dazzling array of the world's most beautiful women.
The first part of the show features the presentation of the full line-up of contestants, as well as footage from events that the contestants participate in during their month-long stay in the host country - including a Beach Beauty Contest, Talent Contest, Miss World Sports Woman and Miss World on Tour.
The second part of the show sees the 10 finalists announced and then competing for the coveted grand prize of Miss World.
