Eyeheight release SD-2 and TD-2 text processors

Eyeheight have added two new text processing modules to their range of broadcast and postproduction products.
The SD-2 subtitle decoder extracts text 'page 888' data from incoming SDI video, converting this into an in-vision subtitle stream with user-adjustable text size, position and opacity.
Eyeheight's TD-2 is a companion product to the SD-2, accepting any text page and displaying it in-vision, again with user-adjustable text size, position and opacity. Ideally suited to 'page 100' text index- monitoring, the TD-2 occupies the same modular format and size.
Three SDI 270 Mbit/s outputs are provided on each unit, two main and one loop-through, and each comes complete with eight user-assignable memories.
Up to six SD-2 or TD-2 decoders can be accommodated in an Eyeheight FB-9 Flexi-Box and controlled using an FP-9 or FP-10 Flexi-Panel, or housed individually in an MB-9 Mini-Box desktop unit with optional additional control panel.
